Character Bio

Toronado, Stormrider:  His mother died during childbirth, in the midst of a cyclone of unnatural origin.  The child was found much later, miles away, sleeping soundly and cocooned within a ball of lightning.  As he grew, his appearance became less and less human, and his power more and more dangerous, until he was caught up at 17 in a second cyclone, where he learned to fly and control the winds.  Though he lives still among men, he now has little in common with them.
