Character Bio

Born from Hex Girls DNA combined with demon essence, Hexy Devil was just another CoT creation gone wrong. They had hoped to capture Hex's powers in a being they could control, but what they got was a disobedient young woman with an attitude who possessed the demons dormant power genes. The CoT were sick of her despiteful mood towards them for creating her and having her do their bidding and felt that because she didn't have the powers they so wanted to control, that she was of no use to them and cast her out on her own. She now wanders the streets of Paragon foiling the CoT's plans whenever she can.
