Character Bio

Jean Hamilton (Jeanie) found out at a young age she could control the weather
to some degree. When she was sad it would rain, angry it would thunder and
storm. She discovered she could manipulate Ice one day when she was walking
home from a late night party and took a short cut down an alley. She was in
the wrong place at the wrong time and ran into a group of thugs. As she got
cornered and scared she put her hand out with a last attempt to get the thugs
to stop. When she opened her eyes a few seconds later after not being attacked she found she had trapped the thugs in ice. This gave her enough time to run to the police station and out of harms way. She now uses her powers to assist
heroes.
