Chromium Man DOES NOT exist. Chromium Man IS NOT the alter ego of WinterTech heir Frank Winter. Chromium Man IS NOT the result of a top secret WinterTech project, financed by the US Army, to create a "Person of Mass Destruction". Chromium Man DOES NOT wear an ultra-lightweight suit of chromium alloy armor that is capable of producing and controlling millions of microscopic nanites, each of which can burn at extreme temperatures producing immense levels of heat and explosive energy. And most importantly, Chromium Man WAS NOT released into Paragon City following the Rikti Invasion to help decimate the ranks of superstitious and cowardly criminals who have attempted to exploit the city in its time of weakness, because Chromium Man DOES NOT exist!
