Character Bio

1810, A young Cheyenne chief took part in the ceremony of the Renewal of the Sacred Arrows that would empower the men of the tribe. Four days the young chief was sitting... praying, and they where answered! The voice of the Wise One Above sounded in his mind. He would be empowered with an unbreakable spirit, and his body with speed and accuracy. And he would call himself Hevovetaso (Whirlwind).

Hevovetaso became the protector of the tribe, indeed he managed to ward off soldiers and bandits alike. Eventually he was ambushed and killed. That day his body died, but his spirit was made invincible.

Years pass and another young Native American by the name of John Eagle-Eye went to his grandfather with strange headaches. He saw visions of battles he was never in, heard voices he had never heard. He and the old Shaman learned that he had bonded with the spirit of his ancestor to again protect the weak and innocent. The tribe called him Cheveyo (Spirit Warrior), the streets will know him as the Spirit Arrow.
