The third generation of Chromium Man armor represents the first less-than-lethal approach to crimefighting for the metal-clad warrior. Constructed of a super-lightweight chromium alloy, the armor's operator enjoys unprecedented speed and mobility as well as a high degree of durability. The operator's movements generate an electrical charge that the armor can release to various effect. Non-powered threats may merit little more than a medium-voltage shock to incapacitate them, while higher level threats may warrant a much more powerful attack. Many claim that this armor is the pinnacle of achievement for Winter Technologies, but whether or not this is true remains to be seen.
