Character Bio

Estevez was just a normal portuguese boy,if a bit small. He minded his mother and did well in school. Then his school was a attacked by super villains. Electric Chair zapped Estevez and left him for dead. Little did they know that this activated something in him. Estevez could now direct electricity. Now known a Cavilha (bolt!), he seeks to keep other people, especially children, from harm.
