Leapin' Lincoln! What if the sixteenth President DID NOT DIE from Booth's bullet?

When Lincoln neither died nor woke up, his anxious cabinet members took a hurried vote and decided to spirit the fallen giant away. Perhaps he would recover some day.

It was a very long time indeed before Lincoln opened his eyes again. But he got that time -- changes in his damaged brain's function left him effectively immortal.

Already posessed of prodigious powers of persuasion, the President found himself now able to directly affect the minds of others! His famously somewhat high voice changed as well during the long sleep . . . his voice alone could now alter soundwaves in interesting ways.

Coupled with his awesome oratorical skills, these new powers could help him to do even more for his beloved country. Even in a new age, where so much seems different, men still do evil for all the old reasons.

With his brain, his voice, his knowledge of the evils of men, and his big fists, the Railsplitter has returned!
