Character Bio

About thirty years ago, police officer Roy Phillips was part of a secret group of people who were undergoing experiments with radiation to develop super powers to fight crime.  Somehow, their group was discovered, and the head radiologist, as well as all the other officers involved in the project were
assassinated by a group of dark magic users. 

Roy was ambushed by the same group, suffered injuries, but managed to escape.  Many years went on and Roy stopped aging due to the effects of radiation within his body.  But he also realized the powers he gained through radiation began to change.  They became red in color, and Roy was soon able to conjure flames and even summon small dark imps to do his bidding.

Having completely taken control (so far) over his new magic powers, he joined the PPD to be watched and monitored, while using his new abilities to fight crime, just like in the past.
