To see Sugaar about usually means Tsovinar is not far behind... or ahead as the case may be. 

  He has a feral distrust of strangers, large sturdy horns, Fangs, pointed ears, clawed hands, blue hair, white skin, and a tail. The polar opposite in demeanour when compared to 'Nar. He speaks little, and seems a bit defensive in posture at all times.

He has the ability to project concentrations of extreme cold as well as the ability to use some sort of 'Black Body' Radiation with quantum gravitic particles which cool, darken and distort the air. His powers may be linked psychically somehow. 

When he is fighting alongside Tsovinar, they seem to cause a localized storm as their heat and cold energies react with one another; causing small pressure systems of their own. Not unlike a small hurricane.
