When a marriage and family therapist named Arlene Allen tapped into the collective unconscious, she hoped she would find her shadow. Instead, in a moment of synchronicity, she found a Kheldian looking to shine a light onto injustice. Together they form the persona you see before you today: Moonflare, MFT.

Therapy for individuals, couples, and groups is available in her private Paragon City office on a sliding fee scale. She is comfortable working with all members of the community, ranging from heroes to villains. In order to best serve her clientele, she considers herself flexible when it comes to Tarasoff reporting requirements.
