Drew Taylor was once a PPD cop. Frustrated at being limited in the actions he could take by department regulations, Taylor quit the force. Combining his knowledge of ancient healing techniques, expert skill with bladed weapons and investigative training Drew began a new life as a costumed crime fighter. No longer bound by the rules of the PPD, he wages a never ending crusade against evil in Paragon City.
