Phil Refernen, his story is sad, his story made him Mad.
It was the Lost, The mutants of Paragon City that really started it, killing his family, his fiance, his friends, his funny funky forelorn ferret, they all died.
And where was the help? where were the Heros!??
They were busy, defending the honour of another Mutant Hero, they aided a Mutant while Mutants killed all he knew.
He cracked, that poor Canuck, gone mad, crazy, pycho, around the bend, off the deep end, off his rocker.
He grabbed his old archery set from summer school and hit the streets, vowing to hunt down and kill all the muties that stood in his way to VENGANCE!
