Brilliant young attorney Fiona Majors became a lawyer to protect the underdog but was often frustrated by the legal system. When she managed to put one of the Family's top bosses behind bars, she felt a sense of accomplishment. When a legal loophole allowed him to walk, he got his revenge by murdering Fiona's fiance. Enraged by the failure of the system her anger triggered her latent mutant power. She discovered a latent psychic power fueled by rage and an ability to manipulate kinetic energy - to telekinetically tap the fundemantal forces of the universe. Not wanting to risk the legal career she'd worked so hard to build, Fiona created a superhero identity based on a legal loophole for "acts of god". She began to go after those the law could not, trying to heal a broken heart through violence. More and more, Fiona is finding solace at the bottom of a bottle and soon she may find that "loophole" to be more of a noose.
