Character Bio

Born in an upscale neighborhood of Paragon City, Casper N. Puntier was doomed to be the geek that everyone picked on. As a young boy, he was the always the smallest in his class. His parents, being experts in many fields of science, including bioengineering and bio mechanics, forced him into the dull life that a "brainy nerd" usually leads. When he lost his folks in a "freak accident" (as the government put it) he began to put his knowledge and skills in science to use towards finding the "evil"cause of this "accident". Somewhere along the way he has decided it was his calling to put his talents to use against all evil that threatens Paragon City and freedom itself.
