Character Bio

Velma Hart was a popular performer at Studio 55. One night, she caught her boyfriend with another woman, and something in her popped. She fired six shots into him, and squished his mistress to a pulp. While in the BAF, Praetor White was informed that she was a potent mutant, and he saw the potential of having her work for him. When the warden said "Uhn uh" to the request, White flexed his power to have her released to his custody. While working for Powers Division, she met a woman named Jeanie Cicero who introduced her to the Resistance. Seeing a chance to gain real freedom, she agreed to work undercover for them. These days,  when she isn't working, she can be seen with a young artist named Anthony Lipschitz. If he's lucky, he won't turn out like her last beau.
