Even in modern Japan, Ms. Tanaka was constantly overlooked for promotion within the tech firm where she started several years ago as an intern.   Bitter and determined, this lady has founded her own technology firm in the Rogue Isles.   Her primary goal appears to be perfecting her robots and gadgets for future revenge on her former employers.   And, a bit of larceny here and there makes easy financing for her research.
