Character Bio

The specimen represents the infusion of a Praetorian window washerand the time-travel-acquired brain of Benjamin Franklin, just moments after his death from electrocution while flying a kite in a thunderstorm.  It seems to be a partial sucess.  He's still an imbecile, however with enlightened moments here and there.  Have whoever thought the tail would be beneficial report to my office.
