Character Bio

From an early age, he had problems staying still. Mind and body wanted to move at a mile a minute - not that they could. Ray Peltier was just an everyday human being with a gift for tinkering.
His boundless, nervous energy found a focus. Needing little sleep, he studied, read, and experimented, concentration diverted to the manipulation of energy and heat. He found he  could give with his gadgets, helping others recover from injuries, giving them a little help in keeping going - or take away, snap-freezing a volume of air and projecting it to defend himself and others.
He still can't just sit in one place for very long, though.
