Would you like to know your mistakes, Cole? You made two.

The first was to betray me. After all I did in the Wars, after all the creatures I slew, now that we finally had peace... then suddenly I was too dangerous, too uncontrolled, too much of my own mind to be left alone. I'm sure Tilman saw that I wasn't the type to roll over to the New Order that would come. So I needed to be broken. So unfortunate that you failed.

Because the second mistake was to assume the source of my power. It was a natural assumption; a sword nearly as tall as me, expertly crafted, which glowed whenever blood touched it and allowed me to deliver or remove pain. And you snapping my beloved blade has certainly set me back. But no, any weapon may be my focus with practice, and in this new era of betrayal, it is perhaps time I learned to deliver my pain from a safer distance.

And I will. I will destroy your beloved kingdom like you destroyed my blade. It is time you felt pain, Cole.
