Character Bio

A former CIA sharpshooter, Dixon Scott was enlisted while trying for the US Olympic archery team. Hungry for scholarship money, he joined the CIA and received the best marksmanship training available. He travelled the world doing jobs for the CIA, taking out despots and terrorists. However, he grew bored with the job. There was no challenge to a long range rifle with a laser sight.

He had grown up listening to tales of the Freedom Phalanx from his father who was a retired Paragon City police officer. His father had often worked as the department liason with Manticore and suggested the Dixon use his talents for the benefit of Paragon City. So it was that Blood Stripe was born.
