Nich, Colin, TC... There are several names by which this Praetorian Citizen is known. If you knew him when he was younger, he's Nichollas Trevelian, a somewhat odd musician kid who vanished not long after his father was foolish enough to make a fuss when his mother was taken into the Seer program. If you happen to be a member of the Resistance, he's Transceiver, an empathic psion whose technical skills have helped keep the Static running.
