Author and fierce defender of controversial physics paper Sugar's Technical Method, Ron Sugar developed a method of technically harnessing his cognitive theta-waves to generate matter transfer. He attempted to prove the theory's existence utilizing medical methods that empirically generate results, however he continued to be rejected and ostracized by both the medical and physics communities. His vain attempts to beat sense into the scientists further angered them, so he was relegated to a post at Paragon City Community College. His proudest achievements include replacing Lemonade's lost arm (utilizing the Method) and serving as spiritual mentor to Lemonlime as she copes with her Kheldian-ness. Dr. Sugar has fought crime for decades: in his youth, he sent the Soda Jerk forward in time, preventing Disruption of the Civil Rights movement.
