Character Bio

Douglas Leighton was every parent's nightmare. He respected no one, and valued nothing. He lied. He stole. He bullied others. He defied his parents constantly. He gloried in the troubles he caused others, and would have gone on to even more terrible things had he not run afoul of the villain Blood Reign.

Blood Reign found Doug's decadence perfect for his needs, and enticed him to his mansion hoping to feed his soul to the dark entities summoned there. All too soon, Doug realized he had become victim to a greater predator, and attempted to escape, but to no avail. Blood Reign cast him into the 'dark dimension' and he would have been comsumed by the entities there had his mutant power not surfaced. With his new powers, Doug fought the creatures off.

After weeks of struggling, Doug found his way back to our world, changed within and without. He now tries to make amends of his past deeds as the hero Riott.
