Character Bio

The daughter of the manager of Paragon City's larger TV stations, Emily McBride spent every waking moment having fun. This would change on a special guest star event by Vanguardian, a famous local hero, on one of the TV shows that the station aired. Always on the lookout for the hunkier heroes, Emily decided to stop by. During a break in filming, Emily used the moment to flirt with the hero, since he was encased in ice and looked like he needed company anyway, while idley tossing around one of the many TNT props littered around the stage. The props turned out to be real, and at that moment the Family raided the station, Vanguardian easily freed himself and countered the raid, but not before Emily was thrown back and knocked unconscious by a TNT bomb. Woken up by a concerned Vanguardian, a furious Emily lunged at the hero. To both their surprise she knocked him to the ground with one punch. Her powers now perfected, she awaits the day to fight the Family, and also challenge Vanguardian.
