Character Bio

Courageous, resourceful, and independent, Lt. Lyra Vickers was at the top of the PPD's selection list when the choices were made for the Obscura Directive. Based on Russian superscience stolen in the 80's by a defector who had gained access to the mysterious Yamantau Mountains, the program uses a combination of scientific biotech alteration with next generation nanotech to create a so called 'superofficer'. Capable of independent operation outside the normal command structure, the Obscura Directive is tasked to Serve and Protect the people of Paragon City in whichever manner she sees fit. @Bobitron
