Character Bio

William 'Dead Eye' Lebeau was born blind. He was also born a psychic. He can sense creatures' brainwaves and even the strong electric impulses of complex machines. This ability enables him to 'see' quite clearly, even in situations that would render other peoples' eyes useless.

Both his blindness and his psychic abilities are a closely guarded secret however. He never shows his face in public without his tinted goggles and he always carries the psychic masking device he invented to keep him out of reach of the Seers.

Dead Eye Bill is registered at the Powers Devision as an engineer and inventor of no small skill. His pistols, his body armor and even his teleportation device are all inventions of his own making.
