Character Bio

Balthazar Rathskellar was a hot shot of the PPD, and the son of an influencial council member. Unfortunately, his impetuous nature found him in trouble more than once. Going too far ahead in a sweep-and-clear, he found himself deep in resistance territory, and paid the price of indescretion.

Rescued, but returned as a broken shell, his father used his influence in the Ministry of Technology to have him selected as part of a project to design a technology-assisted "Supercop." Now rebuilt, stronger than ever, he has rejoined the fight as a member of the Powers Division, where he enjoyed far more leeway than ever before.

Despite seeing the ugly side of Praetoria, he remains loyal to the Emperor and the People and seeks to do what he can to avoid the war between Praetoria and Primal Earth.
