Character Bio

An orphan raised by a group of mystics, as a boy he learned to worship a mysterious and benevolent deity known only as "The Watcher". Naturally blessed with superior strength and resilience, he can also call on the gifts of his god to aid him in battle. He has come to Paragon City to fight evil in the name of The Watcher.

If he has a name other than "The Watcher's Hand", he has not told anyone what it is...
