Hailing from Praetorian Earth, the hero Zap Robotnik (real name Professor Zaphod Robotnik) is the man the infamous "Master Zaprobo" from our own dimension would have become if he had not been driven mad through his own science.

Coming into our own dimension via Portal Corp technology, Zap Robotnik has vowed to stay until rogues like his own alter ego are purged from Paragon City.
