Character Bio

Dr. Andrew Sikuliaq was a respected psychologist with a penchant for the arcane and occult.  In his spare time he researched charms and spells and long forgotten tomes in order to increase his knowledge.  During a sabatical from his teaching and private practice he went on an exploration of Northern Canada and an archeological dig of an abbandoned Inuit village.  That, is where he discovered a cape whose name translates to the "Tempest Shroud."  This cape gave him control over arctic storms.  Weilding this new found ability for the cause of good, an icey force for justice was born!
