Character Bio

Dr. Christina Chapelle was one of the world's foremost geologists and an expert in crystal formations. Her work creating synthetic crystalline structures had garnered major attention from both corporations and government agencies. She was quickly contracted to create a synthetic crystal with the durability of diamond. However, during an experiment to electrify an aerosol sedimentary solution to grow crystals, containment was ruptured. The aerosol erupted into the room, filling Dr. Chapelle's lungs, just as the timed charge surged through the room. Somehow the "seed mist" was catalyzed by the current inside her body. Now the energy of her own nervous system is sufficient to activate the crystal to form around her . She can create earthen effects around her as well as increase her own strength and durability. She has been dismissed from her research and encouraged to pursue a heroic career. Does she realize she's being closely monitored by those would would duplicate her accident?
