Character Bio

After her older sister became the superhero Ice Sycle, Kimmie quickly grew tired of hearing all about her adventures. As a child she had been fascinated by her father's stories about the Omega Team and their sacrifice. Now, she dreaded Sumner launching into her newest battle against the Rikti, blah, blah, blah.

  Until, as she was walking home from the library, she was ambushed by a battalion of Rikti. Only the sudden intervention of the Vanguard saved the her life. It seemed the Rikti were targeting descendants of the Omega Team and she was related to Glacia.

The Vanguard proposed a unique experiment. To protect her they would subject Kimmie to a new procedure designed to activate any latent abilities.

A rogue Rikti used  science and magic giving her the ability to absorb and dissipate thermal energies. Angry at being a guinea pig and targeted for something she had no control over, she still wasn't going to be upstaged and joined the fight as Glacia II.
