Character Bio

Hidden under Dark Astoria at his Evermoor Facility, the mad Dr. Serpentes bred his would-be minions, mixes of human and animal DNA that he then subjected to torturous augmentation and experimentation to try and boost their powers. Teji, created from reptilian genetic material, was placed in the experiments of Project Occlusion, a training and experimentation program designed to create and augment powers of steal to produce the perfect thieves, assassins, and spies. As part of the project, he underwent radical and painful DNA restructuring to heighten his reflexes and grant chameleon-like abilities. The indoctrination part of the program, however, proved inadequate, and when a breakout was engineered by subjects of Projects Ascend and Spartan, Teji was quick to join in, using his abilities to fuel the chaos and then make his escape from the facility with the rest of the facility's subjects, only to be captured soon afterwards during a botched museum robbery and thrown into the Zig.
