Character Bio

Hidden under Dark Astoria at his Evermoor Facility, the mad Dr. Serpentes bred his would-be minions, mixes of human and animal DNA that he then subjected to torturous augmentation and experimentation to try and boost their powers. Saeng, like his twin Flameshade, was created from reptilian stock, and presented the mad doctor with a unique opportunity. Sending the two to different projects to see how they would both develop, Saeng ended up in Project Tesla, where his body was bombarded by fields of exotic energy of varying strength, a painful process that imbued him with the ability to create and manipulate such energies. Further experimentation was scheduled find out just how much more his body could take, but the breakout by subjects of Project Spartan interfered. Taking advantage of the situation, Saeng reunited with his brother and the pair joined in, making use of their newfound powers to blast the minions of Dr. Serpentes out of their way, letting the two of them escape to Paragon City's streets.
