Character Bio

Nick Stipe, an ordinary young boy from Planet XIVV, was living his normal life. He found a strange UFO with the letters "NASA" on the side of it. He had no idea what it was. Being a curious little boy, he stepped inside, and pushed the big red button. The ship enclosed him, and took off his home planet, to Earth! The ship landed in Paragon City. From where he came from, shooting spines out of your body to hurt bad poeple was an everyday thing, being born with such capabilities ofcourse. So, he was given a secret identity, Undercover Justice! And now fights alongside the Heroes of Paragon City!
