Character Bio

Wren's mother loved her. Just not enough to stick around. She left to escape the beatings at the hands of her minister husband, leaving her daughter behind.

Being a mutant, Wren might as well have been devil-spawn for all her father cared. From the time she could walk, she could take a beating, or so he thought.

She was strong, and she was fast, but even the weakest of men can strike terror into their children. More often than not he caught her.

She might have remained in that terrible place if not for the return of her mother on her 16th birthday. Coming in the night to free her daughter, the very sight of her awakened the rage buried deep inside of Wren.

The police came in the morning to find the house burned to the ground, and the mutilated bodies of Wren's parents laying in the grass.

Wren is no longer the shy, fearful girl she once was. Life on the streets has toughened her up. Now she's out to make up for the childhood she lost. The world is her playground and she wants to play.
