Character Bio

Manticore and his organization, Wyvern, disabled this robot, one of Plate's creations.  Not wanting Freedom Phalanx to know about his excursions into the Rogue Isles, he turned it over to Fusion Force to investigate.  There, they found a small add-on card plugged into his main circuitry, which was removed for further study.  The combined powers of Kaasha and Crimson Capacitor restarted the robot's internal fusion reactor, which reactivated the robot.  Declaring itself Plate's creation of Deus Model, Mark X, it announced that it was only authorized to let its creator, Plate, carry out any modifications or repairs.  After a tough battle to deactivate the robot, it wwas found that the daughter card was a subroutine that forced the robot to override its original programming, that to protect the innocent.  In a time of great peril to Fusion Force, Crimson Capacitor reactivted the robot, which saved the day.  The Deus Model, Mark X robot was renamed Deus X Machina.
