Buddy Blank was a mere cog in the Preatorian bureaucracy until he was selected to given the experimental OMAC treatment. Synbiotically bound to a multiversal satellite system. Buddy became OMAC, the One Man Army Corps. With his Brother Eye feeding him power when necessary he protect s Preatorian Earth with every Kirby-esque fiber of his being.
