Character Bio

Theodore G. Willford was a Deputy Captain of the London Fire Brigade when he was assaulted by the forces of MAD SCIENCE. Abducted by a mentor of the future Dr. Vazhilok, Teddy was experimented lightly upon before he was thrust into the Dreadnought steam-powered battle armor. Put into cryonic suspension afterwards, Teddy awoke during the chaos of the first Rikti invasion, and joined the ranks of the Dawn Patrol briefly after that conflict. Afterwards, he saw his best chance at aiding the world in Paragon City, and journeyed there to aid the City of Heroes against all foes!
