Katy Kaboom - Katherine St. Clair -- is not your normal high school student. Or is it junior high? Appearances can be decieving, and from her looks she might still be flirting with her fifteenth year. Katy cheerfully ignores any and all questions on the subject, so it may have to wait until graduation before anyone -- aside from her parents, who are typically clueless -- finds out for certain.

One thing IS for certain, however: Katy likes to make things go boom. When she's not in her bedroom concocting some new and improved bang-bang, she can be found on the streets teaching Paragon City's lowlifes a lesson they won't soon forget. Her wide array of gadgetry -- all of it born from her all-too-fertile imagination -- gives her the ability to go toe-to-toe with some of the roughest out there. Make no mistake: when Katy reaches into one of her pouches, you'd best duck and cover. From her Blizzard-Matic 5000 to her Thug-A-Pult, she's got the goods to deal the hurt.
