[color green]Raiyna was found by reclusive tribe of monks. A stray Rikti portal opened and deposited the young Raiyna in the middle of the tribe's village. The tribal elders recognized Raiyna's coming as a fulfillment of the tribe's most ancient and revered prophecy...."Rain from afar will cover a distant city." As she grew and trained in the martial arts, she found she possessed superhuman gifts, such as extraordinary regenerative abilities and preternatual speed. Once she learned all she could from the tribal elders she left for Paragon City....just as the prophecy had stated, to fulfill her destiny as a force for good. Exposure to the temporal energies of Ouroboros triggered her final mutation. Her body generates a bioelectric field that protects her from all forms of physical damage. She is currently working with the Vanguard to combat the Rikti and find a way home.
