Character Bio

Pirates? Oh yes child, pirates. There are hidden corners of the world that few are brave enough to look at, let alone venture into. I was born in New Orleans, back when your grandpappy was but a thought. My folks owned a large sugar cane plantation down near the shore. My sisters and I used to watch the ships come into port, and liked all the fancy people who came to our city. One day, pirates came to port, and ransacked everything they could. My home was burned, my family was killed, and I was taken on board. I was taught pirating skills and was forced to serve for many years. Eventually, I got strong enough that I lead a mutiny against the corrupt captain. For many years, I made my life on the sea, and took good care of me crew. One day we found ourselves on the strange shores of Talos Island, and couldn't believe what we saw - aliens were attacking! My crew and I knew we had to take up arms against them, and start a new life on land.

Oh, the patch? That's a story for another time.
