Character Bio

Phoebe Stone was born in Greece while her parents were working for the British ambassador . She grew up learning all she could about ancient Greek culture, language, and religion. When she was a teenager, her parents moved back to England, and she attended the finest boarding schools. At 26, Phoebe became one of the youngest female agents at MI6. Her knowledge of Greek culture landed her an assignment to infiltrate the myserious group known as the Knives of Artemis. Phoebe went deep under cover, and discovered that the Knives had nothing at all to do with Artemis, but were instead a group of blood-thirsty mercenaries who are a branch of Malta. She put herself in great danger to expose them, and ended up badly injured. While she was recovering, she prayed to Artemis to give her strength. The Goddess, thankful for all Phoebe had done to expose the Knives, honored Phoebe by giving her a sacred bow, and bestowing upon her the title of Warhawk on her. Phoebe fights bravely for the innocent every day.
