Character Bio
Luna Witch was once a member of the Cabal. She was an oddity, however, in that she can harness the power of the Moon to control gravity and manipulate kinetic energy, rather than harness the power of storms like her sisters. Her unique powers made her a valuable resource to the Cabal in their fight against the Red Caps. When members of the Hammer of the Gods Super Group bested Mary Macomber in battle 10 times, and Mary agreed to work with them in taking down the Red Caps, she asked Luna if she would go with the heroes and help them in any way they needed to repay their kindness to the Cabal. Luna gladly agreed, and is now an instrument of justice for all of Paragon City.
