Character Bio

Sargeant Joe Connor used to be a motorpool technician in the US military. He was the undefeated heavy weight boxing champion of his devision untill the night he got into a drunken brawl with his CO. The officer didn't survive the fight.

In jail he met a mad scientist who made him a deal. In return for protection from the other inmates Conner was promised a spot in the escape the scientist had planned. The scientist also promised to enhance Joe with some experimental implants that would grant him super herolike powers.

The man kept his word and the electronic implants he placed under Joe's skin enable him to release massive electrical charges to take out his foes and also create electromagnetic fields around his body that protect him from most types of attacks.

Unfortunatly for Conner he was taken down by longbow agents and sent to the Zig during the bankrobbery he staged to test his newfound powers. Since Arachnos broke him out he's working for them on a freelance basis.
