Subject: Rheabeth Samuels (aka 'The Emerald Blast')
Diagnosis: Ms. Samuels is suffering from a strong belief that the stuffed animal she carries with her is (a) alive, and (b) able to communicate with her. Ms. Samuels is manifesting supernatural powers, and claims to have recieved them from this animal -- Mr. Whiskers. It is not yet known by what method Ms. Samuels actually recieved these powers.

At this time I recommend Ms. Samuels continue to return for weekly therapy sessions. I further recommend that 'Mr. Whiskers' not be removed from her possession, as this may have... undesired.... consequences.
