Psychic Guardian has started fighting crime where it lives; the Rogue Isles of Paragon City themselves! While continuing to use his trademarked Mind Control abilities to tear apart the minds of the evil and corrupt he has chosen to use a little known secret art all psychics have available to them.....the ability to convert psychic energy into raw physical/kinetic power, for damaging range blasts instead of controls, or extreme melee damage.
