Character Bio

An in-the-know citizen of an underwater civilization, The Flooding Chill has broken the surface to walk amongst the humans, hoping to expedite the awareness and acknowledgement of the damage they have been doing to the oceans and all things; known and unknown, that inhabit them. 

His name is said to come from his combination of water blasts and ice manipulation. While water and ice manipulation are relativly useless while underwater, they are expected to serve as useful assets for bringing certain groups of humans to justice.

The Flooding Chill also plans to eventually gain arachnos's trust and steal back the power of the Leviathan from "Captain Mako" to return it to it's rightful keepers; his people, after reclaiming his accurate title of Hero and can return home.
