Character Bio

After his mutation kicked in at 14, Allen worked hard to gain control of his powers.
He eventually joined the military, and served in their super powered division for
several years. His enlistment was up a year before the Rikti invasion, but he was
recalled to service for over a year after it occurred. Now that he is a free agent again,
he has taken to the streets of Paragon City in order to help keep things under
control.
